FAQ: How can I get everything?
In order to have access to all content you would need the codes for each individual pre-order retailer bonus DLC cars + All Stars Car Pack + VIP + Car Pass (or each of six monthly packs starting in October). To also get all the available free cars (non-DLC) at the start of the game, make sure you have: played FH2 and FM6; and own VIP in either FH2 or FM6; and have reached the highest tier level in Forza Rewards. Some content requires gameplay to unlock/access: Horizon Edition cars, Barn Finds, and Forzathon challenges (which are time-limited). The Treasure Map is not required since it simply accelerates normal game play discovery and most car horns are unlocked with Skill Shop Perks through gameplay. A small number of horns (Halo sounds, train/boat sounds) are only available through Forzathon events (which require Gold memberships for console players) or the Horn Unlock Accelerator.
The most efficient way to get all available content at the lowest price would be to buy the digital Ultimate Edition (which includes VIP, Car Pass, and the All Stars pack, and a discount on the Expansion Pass). However, retailer bonus DLC cars are treated as separate models in the game for tuning files and designs, but they are duplicates to models in the regular car roster available to everyone.
The Ultimate Edition was the only way to get Early Access on September 23.
The Ultimate Edition does not guarantee access to all DLC that may be released during or after the Car Pack period coverage (October-March), such as DLC that may be available via gift or Store purchase, or codes only available for participating in sponsored promotions.
Play Anywhere (Xbox + Windows 10 copy) is only available by purchasing a digital edition, but will work with your existing gamesave from disc play if you later buy a digital license. DLC only needs to be purchased once to work on both platforms with the Play Anywhere benefit.

DLC car models cannot be bought from the Auction House unless you own the DLC. Barn Finds, Horizon Editions, Midnight Battle, Loyalty Reward cars, and Forzathon award cars (Warthog, Nissan, Ford #17) can be bought from the Auction House and driven by everyone because they are not DLC cars.

Yes that Audi R8 Edition of the Xbox One S is real, and yes it’s really that ugly

I don’t know if it’s just me, but if there’s a competition involving this Xbox One S Audi R8 Edition, it should be to avoid being the recipient. At all costs. This thing is butt ugly.

Xbox Germany are running a Facebook competition to mark the launch of Forza Horizon 3, and have teamed up with Audi to create just three of these Xbox One S Audi R8 Edition consoles.

There’s even a themed controller with a very large and very red stop/ start button, and leather inserts.

Entrants must be from Germany. To enter, like the page, the post, and comment with who your toughest Forza rival is.

Forza Horizon 3 is out tomorrow, September 27, for PC and Xbox One.

I didnt include install guides, as all the chips are well documented by their manufacturers.

Should also be mentioned that 2 new hacks for the Phat console have been discovered.

1. RGH1.2 - This uses RGH1 wiring with an RGH2 image, and a regular coolrunner(brand doesnt matter) Flash the rgh1.2 timing files, and get back the speed and reliability of rgh1 on your updated console with out paying for the CR4.

2. R-JTOP - This uses RGH1 and JTAG wiring with a coolrunner(brand doesnt matter), and a JTAG image, pretty much a clone of RJTAG+, but completly homebrew. Downfall is there are no pre-compiled xsvf files, but should also work on a Xenon(No guarantee xenon chip will recover from cpu_pll_bypass slowdown), but will require some modification to the code,for key recovery at a minimum. RGH1.2 would work on a xenon(With same limitation), but there is the downfall that is it requires an RGH2 image, and you can not currently generate one for a Xenon with most xebuild configurations.

Updating Your RGH kernel and Avatar/Kinect data:
There are multiple methods of doing this, but my all time favorate is using the xebuild updserv option. It is quick, and can be done without manually flashing the nand, and will update the avatar/kinect data for you.

If you are running RGLoader, you are probably a homebrew dev, and have no need for this guide. That being said, I will cover the basics.
RGLoader is a nand image that creates a custom devkit out of your RGH. If you are a gamer, then this is not recomended, as features like link will not work in RGLoader.

TX Fusion:

If you are running this, there are no updates, as this project was scrapped like 2 years ago. It had awesome potential, but not alot of interest. My advice is to switch to freeboot, or if you are a dev to switch to RGLoader.

Original Xbox Homebrew/Emulators:
It should be noted, that some of these work no problem, and others dont. You will need to install the hacked emulator files listed above to run any original xbox homebrew. As the original version of this emulator was only meant to work with certain games, some homebrew wont work, so I will list apps I have tested, and if they work or not. I did not try any of the original xbox custom dashboards(eg. Avalaunch, EvoX, UnleashX, etc), because they arent needed for anything.

What you need.....
.xebuild (lastest version)
.simple nand flasher 1.4 (required)
.xexmenu

1.put your simple nand to your usb

2.open nand xex in the usb

3.press (A) and simple nand gonna make flashdmp file

4.after flash.dmp file is on your usb put the usb on your pc

5.than you open the xebuild and click open,than choose file flashdmp

6.if you don't have a cpukey you can see the keys in xell reloaded on your xbox
(Wait until you see key on xell)

7.after you get the key click start update in top down or (GENERATE HACKED IMAGE)

8.When you see something alert just click cancel than save on your usb and named it to UPDFLASH.bin

9.go to xbox and open the nand again and press (X) and (A)

10.congratulations!!!
